Featured case: a fleet reactivated and converted
Across 2022-2026 we supported Oceanica Netherlands B.V. through a multi-year program to reactivate, convert and repurpose nine offshore vessels for subsea & ROV operations, working closely with Yards and partners. Read the program overview and vessel-by-vessel timeline: Reactivations and Conversions for Oceanica Netherlands B.V.
How we work (four steady steps)
- 1. Assess - technical, commercial and class baseline; risks and critical path
- 2. Plan - scope, budget, yard slots, materials/long-lead items
- 3. Execute - supervision on site; quality, HSEQ and schedule control
- 4. Prove & hand back - commissioning, trials, class/re-approval and owner acceptance.
Compliance & Assurance
- ISM / ISPS / MLC systems embedded in daily operations
- Class & statutory coordination with flag and RO
- Non-mandatory frameworks on request (e.g. ISO, OVID/CMID)
Vessels we support
PSV, AHTS, DSV, SOV and multipurpose offshore support vessels - including coversions to subsea/ROV roles and lifetime extension projects.

FAQs (for buyers and technical leads)
Do you take vessels from lay-up to classed, crewed and ready for work? Yes. We scope and manage the reactivation, secure class re‑approval, onboard crew and close out trials and handover.
Can you manage conversions that add subsea/ROM capability? Yes. We supervise yard works (e.g., mezzanine decks, ROV/LARS integration, power distribution upgrades) and deliver commissioning.
Do you provide monthly OPEX and owner reports? Yes. We handle OPEX control, invoice verification and monthly owner reporting; crew payroll where applicable. See Accounting & Financial Services.
Tell us about your vessel, current status (laid‑up / trading / in yard) and intended role. We’ll come back with next steps and a practical path to readiness.
