Our Purchasing Department is a vital integrated part of our ship management system, that aims to • keep our vessels operational • reduce the cost of ownership and management • maintain quality and comply with industry-, safety and environmental regulations. We are working to ensure that the Company vessels are provided with spare parts, consumables and provision or repair and service in a uniformed and clear manner with optimal speed and costs.

We use the purchasing system module in an integrated purchasing/accounting system which makes it possible to include the prices in the accounting system enabling the Company to have a continuous update of the total expenses. Moreover, the automated system enables efficient and errorless information flow between the parties with optimal control of the processes that, in turn, accelerates the process, helps to reduce and control the costs, improves the quality of the service and results in higher performance and satisfaction rate of all the parties to the process.
